Hand cream: Most dry skin problems respond to simple moisturizing. The trick is to apply consistently until the skin softens. Also be careful not wear irritating shoes. If the problem doesn't resolve, see a podiatrist who can prescribe a stronger skin softening agent like urea cream.

Perhaps you : Have pain as a result of having a funtional hallux limitus and so the mpj doesn't flex well and more pressure gets placed on the bottom portion of the toe. That's something i'd look at.

Antibiotics are for: Infections.  If there is cracking of the skin, it may be caused by fungus, in which case an antifungal cream is indicated.  If it is truly just dry and cracked, a moisturizer with urea or Lactic Acid may be best for helping to clean that up.

ive had a deep,awful itch on my right foot,on the pad under my big toe,for weeks.its relentless and keeping me up at night.i can see no rash or mark at all.i am moisturising my feet and have no dry skin.what can i do- its driving me crazy?

: A visit to a Podiatrist might be helpful in identifying and treating cause of discomfort in the foot.

Likely: It is probably fungal ( athlete's foot ). Sometimes there is also bacterial infection. Use some OTC creams and keep toe webs and feet dry.

i have what i think is a plantar wart on pad of my foot below my toes. its itchy dry skin spot, my husband got them from his sister who got hers confirmed. it looks exactly like it. we have a daughter that crawls can she get them on hands/mouth?

Yes &amp; no: Warts are caused by strains of virus that are acquired from environmental exposure. Those strains that infect the skin/foot are specific to those skin types. They do not infect the mouth. Your husband may or may not have got them from a sister or just from a contaminated floor surface. The virus does not pass easily &amp; most occurrences are random. It is not like a strep germ.

i have a cut on the bottom of my foot. i also have dry skin on the soles of my feet and they can get very cold. could this be because of my diabetes?

If u have a cut: On the bottom of your foot and are diabetic I suggest you see a podiatrist first and foremost. The dry skin may or may not be a result of autonomic neuropathy. The cold feet may be neuropathy as well, you may feel the feet are cold and they may not be. If they are it could be Raynaud's. 
I would doubt a 17 year old would have peripheral vascular disease ..,yet......
