Dry skin on bottom of big toe cracked use lotion or antibiotic?

Antibiotics are for: Infections. If there is cracking of the skin, it may be caused by fungus, in which case an antifungal cream is indicated. If it is truly just dry and cracked, a moisturizer with urea or Lactic Acid may be best for helping to clean that up.

Maybe both: If there is an infection definitely us a antibiotic. If the toe is red and tender get a antibiotic pill. If it is not infected and just cracked you can have your podiatrist trim the margins down and lotion it - often with antibiotic cream and this will heal faster.
