? infection: Of the ear canal (otitis extrna) dry ears as dry skin can invite infection hence itching, allergy meds won't help, a prescription ear drops would help though.

i have dry and hard skin in my right ear canal.when i burp, can hear a wooshing sound and feels some blockage in that ear.please advice me.

Dr. can check ear: Not sure if skin changes in the outer part of the ear canal would be related to "wooshing" sounds. Whooshing sounds are usually due to pressure changes in the middle ear, inside the head, not at the outer ear. Allergies, colds, and other reasons for one's Eustachian tubes to not work well, can lead to whooshing sounds. The skin changes should be looked at during an exam at the doctor's office.

Bony growth: usually this  is a bony growth protruding into the canal.  Normally nothing needs to be done about it unless it significantly affects  hearing.

Skin tags are: generally benign and do not grow cancerous.  They are known to be everywhere on the epidermis and can grow inside orifices.  For the most part unless they interfere with the function of whichever part of your body they grow in, or become irritating due to traffic, you should not try to mess with them. twenty minutes ago, i hit my head hard and felt a little disoriented after the impact. now my left ear canal is hurting. should i be concerned?

You should : You should first and foremost rest.  This might be a minor concussion, and rest is imperative.
If the pain, persists, or you feel dizzy, or you get nausea or vomiting, or your behavior is unusual, please ask someone to take you to the Emergency room

Yes: The skin will heal on its own.  The drops are likely an antibiotic to prevent infection.  Do not attempt to pull the skin off, this may enlarge the wound and you may unintentionally cause further injury.

i have a pimple in the start of the ear canal, i can touch it but i don't want to pop it (it has formed a white head). can i treat it with my regular face acne products?

Yes: lavendar essential oil or tea tree oil may be easy ways to address it as well

i was accidentally punched in the side of the head the other night, i cant hear very well and my ear canal was bleeding all night. what could it be?

Ear Drum Rupture: Go to your PCM or an Urgent Care to be seen ASAP, it is likely you have a traumatic rupture of your Ear drum.  Avoid getting water in that ear canal until you are seen.  It is very important for your hearing to be evaluated and followed up by an ENT Specialist after the initial evaluation.
