Extremely unlikely: This is far more likely to be allergic or a chronic viral sinusitis. Try an over the counter antihistamine (like loratidine) and see if it improves. If not, visit your doctor, but cancer rarely if ever presents with these symptoms. Hope this helps!

Nope.: Tonsillitis. Antibioitic if strep throat. May need tonsillectomy. See an ent doctor.

Lung problems: Sounds like an episode of acute bronchitis. If it lasts that long then something underlying is going on. Please see a lung specialist if not already done to get imaging and further diagnostic tests. There are several lung conditions that need to be evaluated.

Globus hystericus: Could be related to mental illness. However a barium x -ray may help rule out anatomical causes of the same feeling like esophageal web or strictures.

See a doctor: How long were you going to suffer with this?  I would suggest going directly to an ear nose and throat doctor. In the meantime aggressive hydration with water or tea might be helpful. OTC meds such as mucinex (guaifenesin) may decrease the tenacity of the secretions. Antihistamines like Claritin may be of some benefit as well if allergy plays a role. But you deserve answers! I hope you feel better soon

You need to see: a clinician/ healthcare professional to diagnose and treat.  If you smoke cigarettes, please stop or at least use E-cigs to avoid further breathing problems.  You may have chronic bronchitis which is usually result of untreated asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, or bronchiectasis from chronic infections, or other pulmonary diseases. Dry socket: Dry Socket = extraction site where protective blood clot has been lost w the bone lining the socket now exposed to oral bacteria causing bone infection. Any of the actions you described can destabilize of the clot. If you are having symptoms (severe pain, bad breath, bad taste, swelling, discoloration, etc.) call theGeneral Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon that did your Rx for post-surgical exam
