Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not likely: If you are wearing clothes then I am not sure how you felt something enter inside, and if you did it is unlikely it was your partner's sperm which is what is required to be deposited inside the vagina in order to get pregnant.

Clothes: If you washed your clothes that should be sufficient to clean and reduce or prevent bacterial contamination. I am not quite sure what your semi dry question means. Could you send again for clarification.

Depends: When would you have touched the shirt?  Before the blood had actually DRIED and you threw it in the washer? Or after you had washed it &amp; it no longer had the stain on it? If before &amp; IT WAS A FAIR AMOUNT &amp; you had a cut or other open wound or rubbed your eyes then, that could be a problem. If after it was cleaned then, there's no problem. Shouldn't be a problem for other clothes washed with it.

No harm is likely: No harm comes from contact of soap, or chemicals in soap, with the skin, unless you are allergic to them. If you have not had previous itchy skin rash after exposure to soap, detergents, or chemicals in them, no harm will come. Don't worry about it.
