Dry skin : Would follow up with dermatology rule out eczema related to foods/ allergies/other or  psoriasis. . in the interim can try Aquaphor  and/ or when in the shower rub coconut oil all over legs and then rinse off with just water.  i do not like band aids as they trap moisture and can lead to infection

Creams will help: Dry, thickened, cracked heel skin may or may not have some athlete's foot fungus in it. One can try lotrimin (clotrimazole) af cream 2-3 times a day for a couple of weeks, and then switch to a non-medicated cream such as cerave, cetaphil, or eucerin. If not much improvement, a primary care doctor or a dermatologist can evaluate and offer more recommendations.

Exam needed: Without examining the area a diagnosis can't be made. If there is spreading redness I would be concerned about cellulitis which would require antibiotic treatment. The lump could be a cyst. If warm wet  applications don't improve the discomfort, have a physician evaluate you.

2 different problems: Acne scars can be improved by dermatologist. Dry, cracked heels need moisturizing cream or lotion applied often. If there is redness or peeling between toes, need to treat athlete's foot with cream like lamisil (terbinafine). Watch for signs of infection: redness, swelling, pain, pus (especially if diabetic or poor circulation). Podiatrist can also recommend treatments.

Asteatotic eczema: , fitzpatrick likened asteatotic eczema to a dried-up riverbed. Superficial bleeding and fissures can occur as the epidermis loses water, as it splits, and as it cracks deeply enough to disrupt papillary dermal capillaries. The inflammation can be associated with asymmetric leg edema. Treatment is with emollients like cerave cream and prescription cortisone.

Best contact your MD: You have made a reasonable effort with OTC ant-candida (yeast) medication without desired results. It would now be best to contact your MD for a more thorough exam--as this skin disorder may not be due to a yeast infection, but another type of more resistant fungus. Sometime oral medication is required in more difficult cases such as yours. Also, this rash may not be infection but a form of eczema

Amlactin. Urea: Amlactinwith ammonium lachydrate can help. Another option is urea based creams. Both are avaiable over the counter in the pharmacy under foot care products.Also soak foot before applying cream and you can apply at night with Saran wrap to increase penetration.
