Dermatitis: You probably have some sort of dermatitis.  This can be a contact dermatitis related to the pads you use or to the lubricant or spermicide you use.  I would see a Provider if this persists as STD's such as Herpes can present this way, however, that condition is usually painful.

Poss yeast vaginitis: Discharge and redness are very consistent with a yeast vaginitis, but findings could potentially be related to allergy or sensitivity to the material in condoms or lubricant.  I suggest starting with an exam from your doctor or gynecologist.  Yeast infection is very treatable with both vaginal inserts and oral medication and is not considered STD.

Pumice and urea: Prescription strength urea cream (40% urea) can help soften and hydrate the skin. Removal of the thick dead skin can be accomplished with regular use of a pumice stone. We have a few different heel treatments at the stride medical foot spa some which involve the use of a scalpel blade or electric file to remove very thick calluses and/or the use of a glycolic acid peel.

Dry skin: Solvents like water & soap make dry skin worse. While moisturizers help combat this, minimizing skin exposure to solvents & applying moisturizers immediately after any solvent exposure are key.  A general rule of thumb is that thicker greasy products are more effective for dry skin... Ointments are better than creams are better than lotions. Fragrance-free products are best for limiting irritation.

Possibly: Niosalic acid might possibly be therapeutic &amp; helpful, but it's necessary to get a proper diagnosis. Your patch sounds like psoriasis, but that needs to be confirmed by a physician first. Hope that helps.

See doctor/dermatolo: Need to consult a doctor.  Sounds like you may have either eczema or ichthyosis.  Need some sort of moisturising cream and there are a variety of medicated options - often unfortunately a matter of manage rather than cure. Do need to consult doctor to go through what's already been tried and make sure don't also need topical steroids for dermatitis/eczema
