Pumpkin seeds: pumpkin seeds are a healthy snack.  Salted makes them less so.  We all tend to get too much salt which makes us retain water and can raise our Blood pressure among other things.

: Generally, anything that you do to food to process it can decrease the nutritional value. Drying fruit normally does not affect the nutritional value much, but there may be some difference. Try to eat fresh fruits and vegetables as much as possible. Good luck.

ALOPECIA TX: Alopecia or hair loss may be multifaceted . You need full Exam &amp;lab work up especially Vit d/Thyroid studies /TESTOSTERONE/ b12 and folate. If they are normal start high dose Biotin zinc B12 and folic acid.. Rogaine (minoxidil) and Propecia may be helpful. If there is no improvement consult dermatology for biopsy to rule out auto-immune ALOPECIA AERATA..PPI TEND TO CAUSE LOW VIT D LEVELS

Yes, they can: Avacado and oregano both have vitamin k and can alter inr levels.  If you take the same amount daily, the Coumadin dose will be adjusted around this. Don't make any sudden diet changes, especially with an artificial heart valve.

Not yet!: Technically hair coloring is a topical solution but even as we begin to crack the secrets of cellular aging we've learned very little about loss of hair pigment . A better solution revolves around self image and how you truly appear to others. Don't underestimate the attraction to intelligent, strong, fit, wise, &amp; distinguished appearing men. For many, lack of at least some grey is a deal breaker.

Yes - but..: You will get more benefits if ground. Flax seed can help to lower cholesterol & low-density lipoprotein levels & help reduce the risk of heart disease.  Because your body can digest ground flaxseed better than whole flaxseed, the ground flaxseed is preferable.  This will provide more of the benefits from the lignans and the omega – 3 –fatty acids in the flaxseed.
