i drunk a mouthful f water and had a reflex where i was going to spurt it out my mouth, instead i swallowed it s ko
and it felt like it went the wrong way down, could this cause a problem e.g.could this have entered by lungs,  should i be worried?

That's fine: If you don't have any normal swallowing issues it's unlikely for you to have aspirated anything into the lungs. Even small aspirations are generally safe.

i vomited yesterday. have drunk lots of water and next morning getting bad chest pains stabbing...why?

Tear in: esophagus  may be the cause.  Sometimes these tears can develop after vomiting . They're called Mallory-Weiss tears.  Please see your doctor.

See your doctor: Please go and see your doctor.  There are many reasons why she may have this.  Additionally, she does not need to drink any water.  She needs calories from breast milk or formula.

i drunk probiotic powder in bottle 200 cc water,after i finished drink it, i filled the same bottle with water, i drunk it again in the noon,i also drunk probiotic again in the night,and i got difficulties to breath,my chest is pain.
what should i do?

Go to the ER: with the symptoms you have you should be seen in the ER, and I don't believe it's related to the probiotic, good luck

Seek treatment: You may have a severe infection such as strep throat or pnemonia.  You should seek help from you primary care physician.

Yes, but it is: better if you drink it in the morning rather than evening. Drinking more water in the evening will necessitate getting up in the night to urinate.

Starvation: Starvation is not working for you. It is most likely that your body is working hard to keep the metabolism low because you are starving it.  Starvation diets do not work.  They often make one gain weight in the end and not lose it.

Male? Female?: According to mayo clinic, in a temperate climate a man’s adequate intake (ai) is about 3 liters of water per day ; a woman’s about 2.2 liters. However more fluid is needed if you are exercising, losing fluid through illness or in a hot climate. So, if you drank 3 liters of water per day - that may be a healthy intake.

Drink more: If you are talking about using creatine as a workout supplement, you should increase your water intake from baseline, as that helps decrease the chance of kidney damage. Too much plain water can be a problem, too, so consider a drink with added electrolytes.
