Probably not: if in fact you only took it once - it is short-acting and its metabolites are essentially gone in 3-5 days. Your weight doesn't really factor into it.  However, if you are taking it by prescription, it should not matter unless you are applying for a safety-sensitive position (driver, police, fire etc.). If you are NOT prescribed it, you should NOT be taking it.

i take alprazolam 0.50 when needed to (usually 2 to 3 times a month). are there none interactions with that drug and st johns wort or 5-htp daily?

St. John's Wort may: decrease effects of Alprazolam; may interact with  5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan) to increase risk of a rare but serious condition called serotonin syndrome;  and may interact with some foods. These interactions may mimic anxiety/panic attacks. Consult prescriber regarding all medications and supplements to determine what is best for your situation. It may: Pre-employment drug screen is usually done on urine and benzodiazepines may be detected for up to a week. However, your employer may not require testing for this drug. If you have prescription for the medication, you should advise your employer of that.

Depends.: The half life of 0.5 Xanax, (alprazolam) immediate release is 11.2 hours. The full \range is 6.3 to 26.9 hours. So , thee answer depends on when you have your urine drug test.

Depends on Time: Standard Benzo drug test will see Klonopin &amp; Xanax (alprazolam) similarly.  Klonopin's longer 1/2-life, 19-60 hrs vs 6-27 hrs makes it detectable some days longer.  Generally, the test is for benzos; if positive, further test for specific benzo(s) may be done if it is known you're on a specific benzo.  If you should not be taking benzos at all, unlikely a further test for which benzo will be done

Unrelated: Please write more details. The xanax (alprazolam) is not going to help a collapsed nasal valve. You can usually taper off xanax (alprazolam) 0.25mg every 4 days reducing one pill (take it twice a day then once a day then stop.).
