Left upper eyelid ?: Where is your picture ?  Are you referring to the tiny photo on the side. Cannot make out much from it.  Sorry. Is it the left upper eye lid that is droopy?  When did you first notice it ?  Any pain? Change in vision ?   Double vision?  Numbness on that side of face ?  Need a lot more information from you.

Go to ED: Headache, blurry vision and a droopy eyelid concerns me. You should seek emergent care asap. Your symptoms cannot be addressed without a comprehensive examination. Have someone drive you to your local emergency department.

Needs evaluation: This could be ordinary eyelid ptosis but there are a number of possible causes for the droop which might need evaluation.  Have your ophthalmologist check it out for you. If not associated with any underlying problem, it can be surgically fixed.

Possible stroke: The symptoms you describe, if they are continuous and not intermittent, sound like a mild cerebro-vascular  accident (CVA) that may have occurred during delivery.  If intermittent, you could be having transient ischemic attacks (TIAs). You need to see a neurologist for eval.

botox type injections into static frown lines caused major droopy eye lids. i suppose that ultherapy or peleve would do the same for my whole face?

Options to treat: Lid ptosis from Botox A occurs when the botox crosses the tarsal plate in the upper lid and inhibits the lid lifting muscles or because you are using your forehead muscles to lift the lids and Botox reduces the lift. Ulthera and Peleve can be used to lift lids. Topical treatments are available. I would revisit whoever did the Botox for treatment of the lid ptosis. Or get a second opinion.

i would like to know if i should be concerned about a droopy eye lid.  i have had botox and there seemed to be a correlation but ive also been experiencing a lot of fatigue- should i be concerned something more concerning is going on?

Droopy eyelid: This muscle fatigue in your eyelid (called Ptosis) may be from the botox or from something more serious.  In any case, you need to to find out by seeing your doctor.  Peace and good health.

Droopy eyelid: This is a condition that can be treated with surgery on the droopy eyelid only or in conbination with other eyelid surgery.

facelift options: i have noticed so many people with droopy eye lids and few forehead creases after facial injections. is this supposed to happen?

Accepted Answer

No: Botox is used to prevent muscles from contracting and thus smooth out facial lines, especially in the forehead, between the eyes (to reduce the look from frowning). Eyelid droop can occur if the medication is injected too close to the eyebrow on the forehead. The droop is self limiting but of course is annoying.
