Possibly: The symptoms which you describe are quite consistent with many diagnoses.  Pregnancy is one of many possible things that could be going on.  If you think you are pregnant, then you should start by determining when was your last period.  If it is late, then that could be the first indication you might be pregnant.  The best way to tell if you are pregnant is to undergo a pregnancy test.

Possibly: Urinating frequently can be due to a bacterial bladder infection, irritation of your urethra (from where the urine comes out of your body), urinary spasms, as well as other causes. Sometimes the first sign a woman learns she is pregnant is when she develops a urinary tract infection...

You may be feeling: ..peristalsis.  This is the squeezing of the muscle of the bowel as it pushes food along your digestive tract.  Excessive peristalsis can cause diarrhea, frequent BM's, pain &amp; nausea. Irritable bowel (spastic colon) can cause it, but so can anything that causes inflammation or irritation of the bowel. Gas/ constipated: Gas can just be from constipation. Need to drink 2.5- 3 liters /day fluids a combination of water /gatorade/ tea/ juice for electrolytes and eat fiber 1 cup of oats, barley, lentils or brown rice a day., also avocados. strawberries  May be food intolerances, Check HCG check TSH/ T4, if all negative and no change consider CT F/U w/doc

Call the doc: Odd feelings late in pregnancy may be a symptom of blood pressure problems or other issues that could effect the health of both you and baby. I would call in & talk with the doc's staff or the doc & see if the want to do a status check.

Could be labor: But the only way to tell if it is labor that is starting to open your cervix is to be checked.  Since you are 34 weeks, and we don't want the baby born yet, call your doctor and go in and get checked.  Other possibilities is intestinal cramping if you are having constipation or diarrhea.

Call your OB and inform them of what is happening.
Follow OB advice, they know your medical history.
