It depends...: Avoidance of inappropriate contact with body fluids is of absolute importance, the risk of infection will depend on a lot of factors. At the least I hope your baby has received all childhood recommended vaccinations.
If she only touched and has no open wound and did not put her soiled finger in  her mouth then a thorough hand washing with soap and water will prove protective....

Warm gargles: You can try warm water gargles to start.  Gargle with your head tilted back and spit the warm liquid out with the hopes to loosen up the dried mucus and get it off your uvula.  If you can not get it off, then see the ENT dr. for eval.  Best wishes.
