RNP not specific : RNP's are antibodies which may be seen in "overlap" connective tissue disorders and are not as helpful as are other antibody tests when looking for a specific disorder. dsDNS/Sm ab, when present, usually point to the specific diagnosis of Lupus. However, it is just as important to look at all of  the information obtained from a person's history and exam to put these tests into a proper context.

: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, both of these auto-antibodies are markers for SLE, however, neither diagnostic in itself.

Coldrex and Lexapro (escitalopram): Should be fine if just for a few days and no other medical problems.  But would always consult with your doctor or your local pharmacist before combining meds.

Yes, possible.: Esp they were both only minimally elevated. It can be falsely elevated with few situation one been most common is acute infection and had your blood work done around that same time. You likely don't have lupus but you can repeat again in 6 to 12 months.

Known practitioner: If you are asking can a Dental Office be added to your Insurance Plan’s provider list, you can't add them. They have to contact the Insurer and sign up. And by the way we don't know where you are located or who practices in your area. Please talk to the Dentist you choose about replacing the molar if  extraction is required (also consider root canal) to prevent Posterior Bite Collapse.
