i was biten 4 weeks ago by my cat. i had a tetanus about 2 weeks after the bite plus a round of doxycycline, but all of a sudden today my jaw feel kinda stiff and my neck also. do u think it could be teta?

Likely not: With the combination of tetanus booster and antimicrobial, the risk is minimal and the usual incubation period is about a week.  If however you get worse, see a doctor.

Lymphangitis: Lymphangitis is a condition in which the lymphatic system has become infected (usually a streptococcal infection) , resulting in red streaks which form from the primary lesion.  Treatment consists of antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medication and pain management.

: More info still needed. What symptoms did you have? What were you tested for? Also "tetra shot" makes no sense:  maybe ceftriaxone? Return with more details when you have your test results. Better yet, ask the doctor or clinic where you were treated.

Metronidazole is particularly useful in the treatment of infections which may include  anaerobics (live in environments without good oxygen supply).   This combination may be used for treating sinus infections or stds for example.

Cervicitis: I have used Doxycycline to treat cervicitis.  However vaginitis is often either bacterial vaginosis, which is usually treated with Flagyl or metrogel, and isn't sensitive to doxy.  Or another type of bacterial infection which may or may not be sensitive to doxycycline.
