7-10 days: Azithromycin is very long acting. It will take 7-10 days to be entirely gone. But it's difficult to imagine what infection you were treating with this dose. Chlamydia is the only condition normally treated with single dose azithromycin, but the dose is 1 gram, twice what you took. If you are being treated for chlamydia, more treatment is needed.

Ureaplasma: Please tell your treating provider.  A single dose of 1 g azithromycin  can be used for treating Ureaplasma. However, longer doses or uses of other antibiotics can be considered like doxycline or  fluoroquinolones.

: This is not due to azithromycin; keep taking it as directed. Assuming you're taking it for a respiratory infection or sore throat, almost certainly that infection is the cause of your loss of taste. This is a common COVID-19 symptom; if not yet tested for coronavirus, do it now. And take precautiosto prevent transmission of the virus to others. Good luck.
