Cysts: They could be some kind of cystic like lesions,for example sebaceous,lipomas or fibromas which are simple and non malignant. They should cause you no harm. Good luck

No: The problem with any ultrasound is that it has to penetrate a number of layers before reaching its target. In the abdomen, it has to penetrate the skin, fat (some have more than others), muscle, & some organs. Also, seeing active blood flow requires a clear picture not hindered by other overlying or nearby blood vessels. Therefore, the abdomen is not ideal.  Angiography gives a direct, clear view.

: Seems like a lot of tests. What are they looking for? Where is the pain? What type? What makes it better or worse? You need a good history and physical exam to be co-related with the needed tests so please find a good MD or vascular surgeon to do that. Good luck

Results: Because these are two different imaging modalities, it is possible to get divergent results. Generally however these two studies show congruent data.
