every time i take diflucan it takes longer to work. can my body become resistant to it and what are my options to clear it sooner?

Resistant yeast?: People do not become resistant to antibiotics. However, the germs causing infection can become resistant, and fluconazole (Diflucan) or other "azole" drugs are not active against some strains of yeast. If you haven't done so already, see your doctor to confirm that yeast is still the problem and discuss alternative treatments. Good luck!

Peyronies: Prolonged erections are possible with cialis and these could be quite painful with peyronies. I feel that a urologist is best qualified to evaluate and advise you.

Preferentially: using your body's fat store for energy is not so much a function of the intensity as it is duration.  The typical example is a non-world class marathon runner who expends 70-75% intensity for a long period, between 3-5 hours.  Burning carbohydrate stores and switching to lipid metaboism starts after 45-60 minutes of continuous exercise at a moderate to moderately intense activity.

does a newborn have to wear a hat to regulate body temp? if so how long? first 6 weeks? longer?  only outside or at all times, incl inside?

Baby hats: Placing a hat on a newborn doesn't truly regulate body temperature in the physiologic sense but does help prevent excessive heat loss.  The surface area of a baby had is relatively large.  During cold weather, it would be wise to use a hat for at least several months.

: You could do that, however make the time count by having your questions and concerns ready to have a discussion with your doctor and let them know ahead of time like if you would like a pap smear. You however already know your doctor and if that doctor is not disposed to such a request, schedule time with a doctor that would take time with you.

for an adderall long time-user (1year) is 1 week off enough to reset tolerance? if i take days off once my dose no longer work will it prevent my body from developing addiction/withdrawal symptoms ?

Adderall tolerance: 1 week is likely NOT enough time  -   it will take about 7 half lives (dosed 1 X a day) to clear your system  - so it might be out of your system in a week but tolerance may take more time.    So physicians recommend patients hold their dose on weekends  and over long school breaks to avoid tolerance building up.

It is long acting: and if you were taking it regularly, it's metabolites could be detected in urine for weeks, which is what I assume you are really asking. Not sure how you are taking it, since it has been banned in the US for about 10 years. Depending on what test is used, it may not show up, since it is chemically different than usual opiates like oxycodone and hydrocodone.  If they do GC/MS it will show up.

As long as u take it: Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) stays in your body for the amount of time you take it.  Amoxicillin, the base medicine, does not have a long half life.  Clavulanate, the additional component of augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate), (amoxicillin and clavulanate) helps with bacterial resistance.

And yes, you can get a cold while taking augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate).  Colds are caused by rhinovirus - antibiotics won't prevent you catching that, unfortunately.
