Yes: Yes it certainly can.  When constipated, gas may back up and aggreavate heartburn symptoms.  The resulting fullness can also cause stomache aches.  Also eating stimulates the bowels to move which can cause further crampy pains..Until relieved.

Healthy colon: A heathy digestive system will absorb nutrients ; dispose of waste properly. If you suffer from constipation,  u need to determine the cause. Medications , foods (banana, cheese, rice) , and lack of water are common culprits. Increase your water intake to 80oz/d, add pears, watermelon, mango and prunes to your diet and avoid banana, cheese and rice.

You need evaluation: Constipation is very common, related to bad eating habits and sedentary life style. Recommend high fiber diet, plenty of water, and exercise program.  Because you had 6 days of constipation and no results after enema and dulcolax, you should go to your family doctor or walk in clinic ASAP.

Tea and coffiene: The most common cause is neurologic reaction to stress in life. If every time she drank tea and got the headache and stomach pain, then her pain might be related to the tea she consumed.

Titrate any of these suggestions to the point of having 1 stool daily.

See her pediatrician: There are multiple different explanations for the symptoms you're describing. Most of them are benign but certainly merit evaluation. Her doc needs to gather a volume of data, both historical and possibly by lab (blood/stool). That's where you should begin. Hopefully, simple modifications to diet or practice may help this to resolve.  But start with her pediatrician.

Abdominal cramping.: pain in the left lower side of the abdomen when straining to pass a stool is not unusual. You're probably experiencing spasm of the colon as you are trying to evacuate the stool. If this is the case, the cramping pain should go away after you have passed the stool. Notify your doctor if the pain persists or if you pass any blood. A high fiber diet may help the constipation.
