Ovaries gone?: First of all, if your ovaries were removed at the time of surgery and you did not receive estrogen replacement therapy from your GYN MD start by going back for the needed estrogen which "shrinks" the vagina. Secondly, use copious amounts of  water soluble lubricant. Thirdly, control your sexual position to decrease the depth of penetration. Estrogen vaginal cream by Rx. can provide immediate help.
