Can be: It contains a lot of caffeine and high levels of other supplements - some in excess can be harmful - caffeine in high does can lead to nervousness and irritability, sleep difficulties or even cause your heart to race or high blood pressure.  Some of it depends on your medical history.  Some people experience headaches when they dont have the caffeine.  If you have doubts about it ask your doc.

They're unrelated: Energy drinks usually have lots of caffeine (which can affect your heart esp if you have an underlying condition, and affects sleep) and sugar (a problem esp if you're diabetic). The stool having blood may just be from a hemorrhoid or an anal fissure if fresh blood but if it continues and esp if you're over 40/ have a family history of cancer/ have anemia should go see your medical provider.
