: Since plan B won't show up in a blood test, I doubt that it would show up in a stool test. A doctor won't know if you took planB unless you tell him/her.

The two tests: Can be complimentary and there may be some overlap but each test has the potential to show something the other does not detect. It really depends on what you mean by "stool test", there are many kinds of stool tests.

Normal: The findings you mention are quite normal.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Don't worry: Clostridium difficile is ubiquitous, many (maybe most) people have a few of these among the hundreds of different species in the gut, and trying to detect (let alone treat) these people serves no public good and generates only fear and superstition. Yes: The lab can do some refined testing to determine the strain. Pseudomonas is an occasional finding in a normal kids stool. It is not particularly worrisome.

Proctitis? Colitis?: Yeast cells are normal in the rectum and stool; that's not the problem. It sounds like you have proctitis, i.e. inflammation inside the rectum, or perhaps even colitis (same problem, higher up). These often are due to inflammatory bowel disease (ulcerative colitis or Crohn's disease). If any sexual activiity involving your rectum, esp. with other men, then an STD is a good bet. See a doctor ASAP.

Infection: Please go to your doctor, seen by gastroenterologist.....colonoscopy is needed...they will take a look inside your colon, take specimens for tests....depending on your history of the disease....they may run some other very specific tests to diagnose your problem

See a GI doctor: It is possible this is inflammatory bowel disease, but without your full medical record, detailed history and exam and possibly endoscopy it would be impossible to accurately diagnose.  Go and see somebody and ask them lots of questions.  Good luck.
