how long can it take for sciatica to resolve? i was dx with sciatica 1 wk ago. pred&flexoril prescribed but symptoms still persist @ 15d post onset. also having tightness in calf. pain not bad but the fatigue is annoying. some days ok, others worse.

Sciatica  causes: Sciatica is used to describe any leg pain that goes with back pain. True sciatic radiciculopathy often has pain below the knee, sensation changes, and even weakness.
If it does not resolve within two weeks then testing may be required such as x-rays.

hiv symptoms or unrelated? i had covid at same time as encounter (took pep). now 4weeks later, a small pink itchy area comes & goes on underarms (started 1st day into pep) worse w/ bra & tight clothes. also my back has more acne breakout than normal?

i have extremely bad vulva itch. my gp gave me canex v cream which made the itch worse. i changed to cotton underwear, takes showers instead of baths, changed soap and detergent i wash underwear with, i dont wear tight clothes, but nothing helps?

STD?: Vaginal itching and discharge is caused by one of two things: yeast (fungal) infection or STD. Since you have been treated for the Yeast infection and it did not resolve, you should return to your Dr and ask for STD testing. It is vital that STD's are treated quickly so that additional complications do not arise. STD's are typically treated with oral or injected antibiotics.

Yes: Wearing tight clothes can caused irritant or pressure dermatitis which is an itchy red rash which can lead to dark discolorations if happening constantly. Wearing tight clothes around the abdomen can also lead to hiatal hernias, constipation, heartburn, gastric reflux, problems during pregnancy. Tight jeans can also cause nerve compression and yeast infections.
