Should be safe: I think everyone should supplement with Vitamin C and most benefit from magnesium so magnesium ascorbate is a good form to take, whether you are on warfarin or not. While warfarin interacts with many nutrients and drugs it does not have any known  significant interactions with warfarin.

These foods need to be eaten sparingly if you are on coumadin (warfarin).  To keep your pt/inr level stable, you need to have a consistent intake of vitamin k.

on Coumadin (warfarin) we do prothrombin time and inr.
The test done is pt;inr
normal inr is 1
we like to keep inr  between 2to 3.5 depending what you are treating 9.6 is very high and there is risk of serious bleeding that's why your doctor has ordered vitk to neutralize the effect of Coumadin (warfarin) and prevent serious bleeding.

If you're saying you're still taking coumadin, (warfarin) then eat and drink what you want in the manner customary for you and let your doctor adjust your Coumadin (warfarin) dose to be therapeutic on your usual diet.
