Urine color: Usually urine color has no relation to b/p  except in certain conditions. Concentrated urine can make your urine color look darker - for example if one is not drinking enough fluids, is dehydrated which can result if low blood pressure if not treated.
If a person has high b/p and urine is red in color or cola colored and urine shows lot of red cells or protein, needs to r/o renal condition.

Blood : Blood in urine could occur as a result of trauma or a medical condition. Throughout the genitilia, there are many areas and blood vessels that could be broken, leading to blood in the urine or semen. 
Items that could cause trauma and blood in the urine could be aggressive sex or masterbation, interrupted sex, kidney stones, prostatitis or a procedural biopsy on the testicles/kidney/bladder. 
Medical conditions that can cause blood in the urine include: side effects of blood thinners, stds such as chlamydia/genital herpes/warts, prostate cancer or bladder cancer. 
Since this is an ongoing condition  it is suggested that you see a doctor to determine what the cause is. If there is an infection or trauma going on, it is important to get it assessed.

why do benzodiazepines show positive in my urine and i'm not sure what causes this when i'm not taking anything but blood pressure meds?

False positive?: Some nonsteroidal medications can cause false positives for benzodiazepines: daypro, tolmetin (tolectin) Naproxen (aleve) Etodolac (lodine) and fenoprofen (nalfon).  In some cases, the antidepressant zoloft (sertraline) can do it also.  http://tinyurl.com/ks79fns   i don't know of any antihypertensives known to cause this -- so i'm wondering if you also take some of these other meds?

Blood test: There is no simple blood test to determine if a patient is taking any medicine for blood pressure.  Usually I can tell if a patient is taking their medicine because they are requesting refills at the appropriate time.  For example if you are given thirty pills, but don't need a refill for 90 days, well then you likely have missed some doses.

Nocturnal enuresis: Been drinking alcohol? Full Bladder? Dreaming of urinating? Markedly stressed? If this has only occurred once and you checked out as healthy, I would stop worrying. However, a pattern of bedwetting would be another issue.

Urine: White stringy bits are unlikely to be related to the blood pressure treatment unless perhaps you are passing congealed protein. Discuss with your doctor.

Nocturia: Yes.  The fluid shifts in the body when one is laying down versus being up and about can be quite significant and this can lead to frequent need to urinate at night.

Needs urgent attenti: many glomerular (kidney) conditions could do that. It is abnormal and with your age also you need urgent attention with complete blood work and urine analysis.
