Too many ideas!: There are many possible causes of your symptoms: many type of infections (bacterial, viral, fungal, parasitic), anemia, nutrient deficiencies, toxic exposures, thyroid ; other hormonal problems, sleep disorders, heart disease, stress, depression etc. It&#x27;s impossible for anyone here to diagnose you further.

Gastroenteritis: A viral gastrointestinal tract infection was likely and postviral fatigue often lingers for another weak or so. If excessive fatigue persists longer than that, I recommend seeing your physician for evaluation and blood tests to include a hepatitis panel and infectious mononucleosis test.

: Your symptoms are general and non specific can be caused by many things,  worry being  among them. None of the supplements are necessary if you eat a healthy diet. I suggest you stop them, and do moderate exercise and keep yourself busy. It is also  time to see your MD for a good general checkup. I think you will be fine

Possible flu: Persistent symptoms like this could be caused by influenza &amp; a test (nasal swab) would be helpful , especially to guide you regarding avoiding contact with others.  If the test is negative you probably need a full evaluation for other causes, though you could wait a couple more days if no abdominal pain, no urinary problems, &amp; you are able to keep fluids down &amp; not get dehydrated

Maybe: That is not a typical symptom I am familiar with but too much anything will cause some symptoms. Best way to find out is to stop it and see if headache symptoms improves in a week or two. If you have bee on c for awhile and then have a headache it may not be related unless you increased your dose a lot.
