Polyp not due to IgM: People with igm monoclonal gammopathy don't necessarily develop lymphoma, esp. If the m-spike is small. Options are it remains unchanged for years, it turns into a low-grade lymphoma like waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia or marginal zone lymphoma, it turns into chronic lymphocytic leukemia, or it causes nerve damage (neuropathy). All of these things are treatable with new options emerging rapidly.

U/A  glu pro ketones: Normally you should not  have glucose in urine,It is  a sign for diabetes .Would get a fasting blood glucose  and a hemoglobin A1C. Trace protein and ketones may be seen if dehydrated/fasting but  protein is also seen with diabetes  due to kidney issues (so may ketones but that is in severe diabetes). Discuss with your doctor/ urgent care

Get urine rechecked: With trace blood in urine, would make sure that a microscopic analysis was done to prove that there was truly blood in the urine as dipstick testing can produce false positives at times.  If micro exam not done, repeat urinalysis with this. Also, would get urine tested for T mycoplasma/ureaplasma organisms as this can cause urinary discomfort as well.

Abnormal labs: Well there's probably more than one process going on here. First of all, your WBCs are low - which could indicate there's an immunity problem. Secondly, it appears some of your red blood cell indices are off - there should be an explanation for that. Then, your urine has 'sediment' in it, which may relate to the primary problem your blood work is indicating. Best to see a doc in consultation.
