See a dermatologist: Not just a few, but MOST diagnoses of "cellulitis" by amateurs are not correct. That is why antibiotic treatment fails. If it is BOTH legs it is almost certainly something other than cellulitis. You need to see a pro, a dermatologist. Most common is STASIS dermatitis due to defective valves in the veins. There are other possible diagnoses. Treatment follows diagnosis.

accident 8/14 22 staples left inside calf near ankle. small cut 1" from staples is leaking clear some fluid. have edema from staples. no infection. staples come out 9/1 and wound care. bad laceration. using pads for fluid. when will the fluid stop?

: Keep wound and area clean and leg elevated most of the time. If it does not stop in 3-4 days or any other change pl see wound care right away.

Vaginal itch: This spreading vaginal itch may well be due to an extensive yeast infection requiring antiyeast creams to the affected areas and vaginal antiyeast suppositories. The infection can be caused by diabetes,chronic heat and moisture and can be gotten from your partner or be transmitted to him. Get checked by your physician or gynecologist.

Cover it: cover it with a clean bandage/gauze and go see your doctor, 
is it red and painful?  If so go get it looked at.

: The only way I can link the two is if the infection has progressed into the tissues of your lower leg. I would arrange to have this evaluated as soon as possible.

Radiculopathy?: Sounds like lumbar radiculopathy, possibly due to a disc disease / herniation.  Ct or MRI study may answer the question.

for  a 10 yr old boy with infection in right groin and severe swelling in only right leg what could it be?

Dangerous: If he has an infection in the groin and now his leg is swollen this could be a bad infection that will get worse complicated by a blood clot, etc. And it could go quickly. 

Take him to the nearest er and have him evaluated now - do not wait until monday to have him seen!
