NO!: Get some thyroid tests as soon as practicable...Muscle weakness can be due to persistent hyper-thyroidism  AND due as well to HYPO-thyroidism  EITHER are possible in patients after RAI  treatment!

pancreatic head soft tissue mass, with peripheral infiltrative changes and extension to/from colon at hepatic flexure. whats this? ctscan result without contrast, allergic to iodine! is the intravenous with iodine ok for me to have? mri scheduled?

: If allergic reaction is only with rash, not anaphylactic reaction then you can still have CT with IV contrast by preparing with benadryl and prednisone before the procedure. MRI is a good alternative if you have bad allergic reaction to iodine. Please note that allergic to sea foods is not the same as allergic to iodine. Good luck.

Maybe: Ct contrast agents is usually iodinated and are classifed as either ionic or non-ionic.   Some are more allergy-prone than others. Ct scan contrast is totally different than MRI contrast.  In contrast, MRI contrast agents usually contains chelated gadolinium.  Tell the radiologist about your previous ct scan contract allergic symptoms when getting your mri.

Eyelid Twitching: This can be the result of stress, fatigue, eye strain, caffeine, or any number of systemic factors. You should get it checked out and if correcting these possible causes does not help, Botox treatment may improve your symptoms.

Possible: Depending on the cause of the pain, the pain can either be localized or can be referred to other parts of the body. Although, naturally upper back pain would be referring itself to the upper extremities or head, lower extremity pain due to the pain radiating down the spine is still possible.

Muscle twitches: Muscle twitches can occur for a number of reasons. Most commonly, it happens with dehydration or electrolyte imbalances. Consider increasing your water and electrolyte intake(Gatorade). See if this helps and if this continues then you may want to see a PCP (after COVID) to get labs done to check thyroid and electrolytes.
