Safe: What you proposed is safe. 
You may wish to take oral iron supplement and multivitamins to avoid iron deficiency anemia that is common with heavy periods.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

1 week before period i always get brown discharge. i'm on birth control pills, and i've had cryosurgery on my cervix already. why is it happening stil?

Vaginal discharge: Yes you should go back to see your Dr and get checked again. Get a pelvic exam. May be there is some inflammation or infection . Better get examined.

It can be: Your cycles are sensitive to many things (e.g. Environmental factors like stress, weight loss/gain, etc...).  Of course, a pregnancy should be ruled out asap.

Atypical treatment: Typically CIN 3 would be treated with an excisional procedure such a LEEP (loop electrosurgical excision procedure) or CKC (Cold knife conization). The idea is to remove all of the precancerous cells. Freezing procedures are typical reserved for less severe cases of cervical dysplasia.

No: Cryotherapy of the cervix won't change or affect your periods.  You will have a watery, possibly bad smelling discharge for a few weeks but shouldn't have any effect on the period.
