Sure: There shouldn't be any reason that you couldn't.  If your surgery was recent or you were having any issues with sores, drainage, or exposed graft material then I would avoid, otherwise you should be fine.

rhinoplasty: is shaving the nose bridge bone a proper way to narrow the nose instead of breaking the bone?  i was told by a surgeon this was correct.

Different things: Shaving, filing, trimming or resecting the nasal bridge will reduce the size of the bump on the nose, and help give a straighter profile, but doesn't narrow the nose.  But once this is done, there is now a gap between the two nasal bones, known as "the open roof".  This has to be closed - and most commonly this is done by "in-fracturing" the nasal bones, to get them back together in the midline.

Plastic Surgery Tips: More than one plastic surgery procedure makes sense as you recover from each of them at the same time. Total surgery hours should preferably be less than 4-6 hours to minimize complications. Most important make sure you go to a board certified plastic surgeon.

for plastic surgeons, i have had a rhinoplasty and then corrective septoplasty. still, my nose is not straight. my septum is not aligned w/ my center lip by mm. im curious if filler could move the tip of my nose to appear aligned with my cupids bow?

The body changes...: Plastic Surgeons are not God.  The body changes as people get older. The body one has as a child is not the same as a teenager or 30 year old and will not be the same at the age 50 or 70. Best to enjoy the body one has at every stage and keep it healthy without prejudice to beauty.

Nose job: A maxilofacial surgeron should be able to perform a "nose job" - but they tend to do more reconstructive work.  If you have questions about a specific surgeon - call the office and ask.  With regards to plastic surgery - definately get at least two opinions and prices before proceeding.

Rhinoplasty: You want to find a Board Certified Surgeon that does the type of surgery you are interested in often.  You want to feel comfortable with them and be sure you are on the same page and agree on the changes you want to achieve.  Talk to other patients if you can.  Most offices participate with medical financing plans.  Most cosmetic procedures have to be paid upfront before the procedure. Good luck

Board Certification : I would make sure your surgeon is board certified in either plastic surgery or facial plastic surgery, has an extensive experience with rhinoplasty, and check for the recommendation of your doctors and friends.
