You may have: a Norovirus (viral gatroenteritis). 
Drink lots of electrolyte containing fluid
Was your hands! and keep dishes separate!
You can take Imodium (loperamide) (OTC) as directed

Light period: These kinds of events are not uncommon, but if what you describe is unusual for you, it may represent early pregnancy, or even a spontaneous miscarriage.  The most accurate test is a serum HCG test, so ask your healthcare provider and you will know for sure.  Many times, increased stress will delay ovulation, and cause this type of light flow at unexpected times.

There isn't one: There isn't a "quick wash" to lose stomach fat.  However, healthy diet and exercise can help you lose excess fat overall -- and abdominal obesity will go along with this.  Healthy foods means avoiding processed sugars and carbs, and alcohol ("beer belly" is an example of stomach fat).  Replace with many-colored vegetables, fruits, lean proteins, healthy fats, ; complex carbs. Increase exercise.

People vary: The image looks like dry not oily hair! some people produce more oil from the glands in their hair than others. It's just the way it is, however if you have a good salon with knowledge of what hair products may b best 4 ur condition. U need 2 b seen @ a salon that mayb 2 $$ 4 u but 1 hair cut and some good advise may b worth it. That's an orthopedic surgeons best answer.

DRY SKIN: Yes. Do wash it with a gentle soap. A soap with a moisturizer in it. Dove and tone are good soaps. Cetaphil and aveeno (oatmeal) soaps are gentle. (i have no financial in any of these!) after washing, use a moisturizing cream or lotion.
