Drug dependency: No easy cure, need professional help, subutex  is used like Methadone to detoxify , ovoid group drug addition , unlike Methadone dispensed only from detoxifying centers  ( very few available ) subtext could be given from doctors , in addition nalxone added  to prevent dependence as you mentioned, has to see  doctor regularly and follow instructions ,  will over come.
