Not most drug screen: It will not show up in standard opiate screens. Unless the screen is looking specifically for buprenorphine, it won't show up.

It depends: It depends on the test. For example, Suboxone does not show up on the standard five panel test like is used for the dept. Of transportation. A specific test looking for Suboxone is required for a positive result. So, it matters which test it is and who is administering it. In my office, i utilize a twelve panel test which will detect suboxone. Dot tests for morphine, opium, heroin and codeine.
