: Could be. Bleeding in the nose could travel to the throat and show up in post-nasal drip that you brought out in your mouth. If the bleeding persists, it would be prudent to consult an ENT doctor.

Sinus Issue: Many of my patients have problems with their ear (retracted ear drum) due to their problems with their sinuses. I have been able to help alot of patients by treating their sinus issues appropriately. Also, some physicians are now dilating the eustachian tube (relatively new procedure - not fda approved) which can help in refractory cases.

: Sinusitis can be a chronic problem. Small changes in hydration and wellness can cause a flareup of the symptoms. Inflammation can frequently cause secondary infections when fluid builds up and allows bacteria/viruses to grow. The most effective tool for sinus sufferers is the warm nasal saline wash. I recommend using 2 packets of saline solutions per bottle and using it twice daily.

Yes: A sore throat is a general symptom of many conditions,  If there is even a remote suspicion that you may have rabies you should seek immediate medical treatment.  Sore throats are much more commonly seen as a  symptom of viral sore throat, strept throat and allergic conditions
