Gout is diagnosed: Via aspiration of monosodium urate crystals. Neither elevated uric acid levels or bony changes of xray are diagnostic for the condition. They merely give clues.....Definitive diagnosis is best.
It is not common to have gout in two feet at the same time. You should be specific in telling us where your foot pain is......

Glutathione is a tripeptide, form by aminoacids. So it will not increase you Uric acid levels.

You should: eat less protein , avoid alcohol , drink plenty of fluids , do not get dehydrated . Is a serious metabolic disorder often ignored , uric acid may get deposited on vital structures like eye , heart , kidneys etc leading to serious consequences , speak to your doctor if you need medications to keep the levels down.

Probably not: High-protein diets raise uric acid because they contain a lot of nucleic acid. Keep following the uric acid, and be aware that most guys who have slightly high evens never get four. Don't expect miracles from the branched chain amino acids. Glad you are going to the gym

i'm suffering uric acid issue for the past 8 yrs. i used to take allupurinol tablets 300mg for 1 month followed by 100 mg for 2 months, then my uric acid level gets reduced. after stopping medication for 2 months again level increases and gout pain.

Uric acid: It sounds like you may need a maintenance dose of allopurinol in the range of 100-300 mg. As of now there are very clear indications for maintenance therapy in gout and your doc or rheumatologist should be able to clarify based on specifics pertaining to your condition.
