You can: But expect no benefits. We have very good technology for ACNE. Probably you will benefit from spironolactone 100mg a day and tretinoin or adapalene topical. The topical comes as cream or gel in different strengths. Expect results in 3 months. Not if pregnant or kidney failure.

Maybe nothing: Do not worrytoo much.Spoiled Juice. Unopened juice has a shelf-life of 12 months. But juice can spoil once opened, whether refrigerated or not. Spoiled juice has an off odor and flavor, and drinking it will cause stomachaches and diarrhea.

i heard cranberry juice helps destroy bacteria in the bladder, is this true?

No: Studies found that when nursing home patients were given cranberry juice regularly, they had fewer bladder infections that the group that did not get cranberry juice.  However, when patients with documented bladder infections were given cranberry juice, this did not resolve their infection.
Bottom line is that cranberry juice may prevent bladder infections but did not treat the infections.

GASTRITIS : Pickle juice can be rather acidic and a large ingestion may have caused gastritis. I recommend a bland gluten free  diet for 1week and Zantac (ranitidine). If symptoms persist you need to be examined and have labs checked and stool for H pylori the ulcer   causing bacteria.

H. pylori...: The stomach is a highly acidic place, and the high acid levels prevent many bacteria from being able to live there.  Some bacteria (like helicobacter pylori) are able to live in / infect the stomach and cause inflammation of the stomach lining which can lead to upset stomach and other symptoms.  This type of infection is treated by combination of antibiotics and peptobismol.  Hope that this helps.
