Why cant you drink juice 4 days after opening the carton? i have drinked one that i opened 1 week ago, should i be concerned of mold or bacteria?

Maybe nothing: Do not worrytoo much.Spoiled Juice. Unopened juice has a shelf-life of 12 months. But juice can spoil once opened, whether refrigerated or not. Spoiled juice has an off odor and flavor, and drinking it will cause stomachaches and diarrhea.

Juices: It depends upon the type of juice, but if it was refrigerated and didn't taste or smell like vinegar, it should last a week and be safe.
