Otitis externa: The fact that you tell me that his ear swells up makes me think this is an external canal infection, as opposed to a middle ear infection. This is caused by bacteria invading the external ear canal ( like a swimmers ear). He can try putting white vinegar in his ear once to twice daily for prevention of these infections.

UTI: If you have a urinary tract infection, the only way to treat that is to use antibiotics. You should see a doctor, or go to an urgent care clinic, where they can prescribe you antibiotics. You can use Azo, which you can get at the drug store, to help with the discomfort, however this will not treat the infection so it is still important to see a health care provider.

C-section wound : Your ob/gyn is obviously already treating you as you are on antibiotic medications. You also need topical wound care on a regular basis. Sometimes patients require surgery to help debride the wound. You may be referred to a plastic surgeon either now or later on for lower abdominal contouring.

Giardiasis: People with giardia may have frequent belching, gas when eating, and abdominal cramping in addition to diarrhea but generally do not experience "a lot of pain". Your pcp can check for giardia with a stool sample sent to a lab. Treatment is an antiprotozoal or antibiotic. If you have giardia, you may want to have your water source checked for it & treated if + use treated water for handwashing, etc.

I would take it easy: Remember your body needs time to convalesce and heal.  While remaining active is still important for good health, during an acute illness I would encouraged you to tone down activity, as there are multiple studies to suggest that vigorous exercise suppresses your immune system. So why take any undue risks.  If you still really want to exercise vigorously run it by the doctor treating you.

Ideas....: If you have alcohol-free aloe gel or OTC hydrocortisone anti-itch cream - try that. If not a soft wash rag wet w/ a very diluted vinegar in cool water can help get you to a pharmacy. Consider learning to like yourself with natural pubic hair - it's really more sexy if trimmed neatly. Especially more than blotchy stubble. Best wishes.

Tooth trouble: Pain is subjective - and certainly some people feel it 'more' than others. Given that you had a tooth pulled out from your jaw bone, I would expect that to hurt alot. Hopefully this was 'curative' for the infection and I would assume your oral surgeon/dentist gave you pain meds to deal with this. You should have a follow up with them in the next couple days to make sure you're on track to healing.
