Test: One is a semisynthetic drug another one extended release morphine.  They are different compounds and will look differently in the urine test.

Interesting question: I've never thought about that question when dealing with drug screens because to my knowledge they are strictly QUALITATIVE and not QUANTITATIVE.  in other words, an employer only really cares if a substance is detectable or not. The police are more interested in HOW MUCH when it comes to Alcohol, weed, cocaine and so forth because the amount of jail time tends to go up with increasing quantities.

Clearance is gradual metabolism, so dose, and sensitivity of test are involved.

Try holding Ativan: till done with the Oxycodone, if not feasible, a 6-hour interval would be fine, however you haven't mentioned the dosages you are on. Norco and Oxycodone are almost the same , your doctor/pharmacist would help you better as both are scheduled drugs and should be closely monitored, they do interact and can cause CNS and respiratory depression,so be cautious,lowest effective should be used if needed

Generally: Taking an opiod for such chronic condition may not be a good idea. Tolerance is likely to develop and the risk of addition is also high.  See a Rheumatologist and been placed on disease modifying drugs may be the best option while other non- opiod analgesics should be considered

See below: Depending on what table you look at 30 mg of oxycodone is equal in potency to 30-45 mg of hydrocodone (norco).

Also, the Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) dose you asked about is 10/325 not 10.325.  There is 10 mg of hydrocodone in the tablet along with 325 mg of acetominophen.

i' had ua @ doc i take 8-10  faithfuly oxycodone a day . i tested positive to enphedimines! & no perc ! sober frm meth for 7yrs why ? i'm lost ?

Compliance issues?: There is something you are not disclosing completely. I am assuming you are saying amphetamines instead of enphedimines. Taking cold medications with decongestants can cause this to be false positive. If you are not, then there is something you are not being disclosing. Also  there are different ways of drug testing from simple dipstick to more detailed analysis. Your doc can explain this to you.
