Olive oil.: While olive oil is one of the healthier oils as far as the proportions of healthy fasts versus unhealthy fats, it's still an oil, with 18 grams of fat per tablespoon, and could raise your LDL and triglycerides if you use too much.  That being said, an LDL of 106 is still pretty good.  But try to limit your use of oil in general.

Usually no: Most likely the answer is no. Oral herpes and genital herpes are two different viruses. If your sexual partner has open herpetic lesions, abstain from sex until they are healed up.  That is the best way to prevent spread of genital herpes.

Different kinds fat: I know this is confusing! olive oil (particularly extra-virgin type) is rich in "monounsaturated" fat and antioxidants which lower LDL (bad cholesterol) without lowering HDL (good cholesterol) and without increasing triglycerides (bad fat).
