Men with obesity may have higher levels of Estrogens (female-type hormones) due to estrogen produced in fat cells, which could lead to a smaller amount of "masculine-type" body hair. On the other hand, a person could be obese and losing hair, without the two symptoms having any relationship to one another.

Rapid weight loss: The hair loss is more likely due to the rapid weight loss. Also make sure you are getting enough protein as this could also lead to hair loss. As your weight loss slows down yoir hair will come back. You can also try biotin. It works for some.

Insulin resistance is a common factor among the symptoms. Resulting high Insulin levels interfere in normal menstrual cycles, allowing for more testosterone like hormones to build up causing hair loss in some.

Dizzy and not hungry: It's hard to say since there are so many things that can cause those symptoms. The dizziness may be from dehydration, irregular heart rhythm, carotid artery stenosis, strokes, high or low blood pressure, medication, etc. The hair loss may be from nutritional deficiency. Sounds weird, but a large % of overweight people are actually malnurished because they don't eat a healthy diet. Needs to see doc.

256 pounds: Time to start losing your weight. Please go to a nearby training facility and gradually lose weight under control of a weight specialist. Don't try and lose weight "overnight" - be patient!
I don't think your weight will cause hair loss. Surely you have seen many markedly overweight women without hair loss.

See dermatologist: You need to properly diagnose  this hair loss. Should it be the very common androgenetic alopecia, known as male pattern baldness, he will provide you with possibly an oral med along with a topical otc med to help you. However, it just might be something different, and that is why you should be evaluated.
