it depends: It depends on what you are treating. Both can be effective for pain but only Naproxen can treat inflammation.

Maybe: If all these doses were taken at one time instead of during the course of the day. Total daily dose is still below the limit. My cause stomach bleeds severe weakness. Have that someone see a doctor if significant symptoms appear.

Yes!!!: Go now!!!!!!  This could be a blood clot and very serious or simply from the sciatica.  Do not delay.  If your doc is not in go to urgent care or ER.

Yes, should be safe: But all of these drugs have GI side effects, so don't be surprised if you get nausea, upset stomach, constipation, or diarrhea, especially if you use them for more than a few days.

2 twice a day: 2 twice a day is a reasonable/ recommeded dose. Conditions such as high blood pressure and kidney disease can alter the recommended dose of alleve. The med you are on is primarily a pain killer.  You did not say what the cause of your pain is.  That may also alter the medication dose and choice.

Dose intervals: Acetaminophen doses (Tylenol (acetaminophen)) should be spaced at least 4 hours apart, so the Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Codeine shouldnt pose a risk if taken 5 hours after the Alka Seltzer preparation.

Get a second opinion: Sciatica refers to pain from pressure on nerves as they leave the lumbar spine. The pain can be felt all the way down the leg. Causes include herniated discs.  In addition to Naproxen type medication other medication to stop nerve pain can be helpfull such as gabapentin or Lyrica (pregabalin).
Sometimes a brief course of oral corticosteroids help.

Epidural corticosteroids probably don't help.
