Get studied: This site does not offer diagnosis or treatment. Formaldehyde may or may not be an issue. It is one of many breakdown products of alcohol ingestion so many are exposed through life. If this is interfering with your enjoyment of life get a good workup done. A WBC as listed is not specific for anything.

i have a small movable lump about 2cm big on my lower sternum. it feel like a lipoma cause i have had several other ones on my body over the years. it's soft and a bit squishy. i am going to get it checked this week but i am very concerned. ?

Tell your doctor you're having them, and follow over the month.  If any lumps become hard and do not go away, you'll need to have it examined especially.  Try avoiding caffeine, sugar and unhealthy fats.  Evening primrose oil may help; heating pad too.
