No it does not: To check for stds, typically a culture is done. This could be from urine, a swab of the genitals or a blood culture. An MRI is typically for bone, muscle, nerves or organs.

Not enough info: While it may be difficult to say without looking at the images themselves it sounds like you have disc bulges, not an uncommon finding, but no herniation. The most common symptoms of a herniation would be stereotypical pain in the leg, not the vulva area. I am unclear how the vulva skin biopsy plays into this, was this recommended by your doctor? If not done yet I would recommend a gynecologist.

Urology visit: You have told me very little about the nature of the pain, but referred pain to one side of the shaft is common. Even if we do not find the cause, a nerve block may help. Good luck.

Depends on activity: That depends on how often you're having sex, especially unprotected sex.  It could be anywhere from never to every 3 months.  I have some patients who should probably be tested every week!  but remember that there's no single easy test for stds. To test broadly you may need a combination of blood tests, urine tests, and often throat and rectal swabs.

Yes if symptoms: If you have symptoms of an sts or if you have had a high risk exposure they will check you for infection in the er.

Today: I would go today for baseline checkup. Then go back again in 2 months for a follow-up.

Confused? ♀ & penis: R u male or female? Healthy young males not infrequently have nocturnal emissions (sometimes called "wet dreams"), i.e. Seminal fluid is ejaculated or leaks from the penis. Nothing to worry about since you've already been tested for std.

was wondering with std check if neg for all vaginal std check was wondering will it be the same for anal or do i need to a swab?

It depends.: If you did not have vaginal penetration, and only anal (or oral) penetration, then you could get an std that won't show up on a vaginal swab.  In that case, get checked.  It also depends on how much of each type occurred and for how long. If worried, check all orifices!

i had unprotected oral sex with a street hooker and had a 6 weeks full std check. all came back negative . should i be worried yet?

Choices in life?: If your testing is completely negative at this point then "worry" about your choice in "recreation" needs to be re-considered in the future. "Worry" is a form of guilt about life's actions and choices that were of concern to your sub conscience.
