Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine): Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) should have that effect only for few months at the beginning or when doses are increased along time. Most patients recover their appetite in one to three months, or they eat more in the evening. If those are not the cases, maybe vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is too high or it is not the best for you. Discuss this with your prescriber and monitor your caloric intake. Multivitamins never hurt.

Need higher dose: You may need to ask your docotr to adjust the dose up. If higher dose is not effective enough to control your add or adhd, then you may want to discuss a change of medication. Keep in mind that your weight and fat percentage plays a huge factor plus the way you are taking the medication plus the acidity level of the stomach secretion plus the ph level of your body.

Try more: If you are truly having neither benefit nor side effects, then try more, up to 70 mg.  It is an unusual medication in psychiatry--the only prodrug.  It is inactive until absorbed and then cleaved into lysine and amphetamine.  As a result, dosage requirements compared to other stimulants can be impossible to guess in advance.

Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine): these medications are meant to last about 10h. after that they should wear off which for some people is severe. if you feel very badly then you can speak with your physician about changing medications.

In such cases, withdrawal symptoms (such as severe tiredness, sleep problems, mental/mood changes like depression) may occur if you suddenly stop using this medication. Hot  spell -fever like syymptom may occur. Addictive- seek beavior

Not recommended: If you are being prescribed Vyvanse, (lisdexamfetamine) presumably for problems with attention, focus, and concentration, then it is important that you take it as instructed on a daily basis, irregardless of the amount of work you have to do. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) not culprit: Stimulant medications usually cause diarrhea instead of constipation. My suspicion is that the stimulant effect of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) has probably made you have less intake whether it is fluid or food. This is common and you might need to increase your intake. I would give it no more 72 hours before seeing a physician  (1) increase fluid intake (2) add fiber to diet (3) discuss with md/do who gave you med.
