Yes: If they are testing for benzodiazepines, this drug will show up.  Most basic drug testing panels will test for benzodiazepines.  If you inform your doctors of all of your medications, you should be fine. This is a common medication for muscle spasm.

Not for ever: drugs trace does not last for ever.
so if it had been a while since you were taking the medication like more than six months then there is no chance the medication will be in your system
if you just had it last week or a few months ago then it might shows.
