Not a safe strategy: to pursue.  Medication to gain weight is not recommended for non-medical purposes and poses more problems than it solves.  I'm not sure what sport or activity you are pursuing but if you are not normally 'physically fitted' to that activity perhaps it might be wise to re-align your pursuits to some more amenable to your physique.

Height, No: There is no medication or supplement that will increase height in an adult.  There are several supplements that can increase weight, generally by increasing calorie intake.

At 19, you have likely gone through most of puberty and had most of your growth in height.  It is possible that you may still grow, but it will be a cm or less.

Yes: Weight gain is a common side effect of gabapentin. To minimize it you must markedly reduce carbohydrate intake and control portion size. Exercising regularly also helps.

But some prefer a rubenesque look.  The emphasis on being skinny has become unhealthy in our society. By the same token, obesity rates have risen significantly in the us (esp for children).

To few calories!: Assuming you are not hyperthyroid, the most common cause is eating too few calories! although meats, poultry, fish, eggs, cheese, nuts are the most nutrient dense foods, if you are a vegan, or have dietary preferences that take you away from these food sources, you might have problems. I always encourage consumption of protein and good fats! but your goal is to put on muscle, not fat.

Yes: But weight gain is very modest. Though etiology of weight loss must be clear before trying to gain. If chronic illness is the cause of weight loss then extra calories, protein shakes and Megace will be better.  Trying to gain weight with medications without been underweight is not healthy
