PCS: Usually goes away after adolescents.  Why are you taking the medications listed?  Discuss this with your doctor.  It is important.

Chest pain :  I would start going to my primary care doctor. A precordial syndrome is not associated with a concerning syndrome. It can be treated at times with manipulation of the ribs.

I bet you're right: Used to just be "the stitch". Common. This pathologist believes it's caused by the pleura folding over on itself, based on my experience that maximally inflating the lungs relieves it immediately. If this is knife-like and worst when your breathe in, you're called it right. If it ever really takes your breath away or otherwise doesn't seem trivial, see your physician. Glad you're working out.

Chest pain: It sounds like musculoskeletal skeletal pain. Quite common with accessible coughing. Rest, anti inflammatory medications can help.

Not common in : Adults. It's an intense, sharp, sudden onset and short duration pain at left side of chest near the nipple. Usually at rest. It's not a serious condition. Thought to be cause by localize cramping of muscle tissue. Consult your physician for better history and physical and proper diagnosis.

: The entrance to the stomach is just left of and behind the heart. Focal sharp/brief or longer pain can be from the irritation caused by backwash of stomach acid at that site. The lay term heart burn is common and well suited.
