No: There is no known cure for glaucoma.  Glaucoma requires careful monitoring and proper management when present.

No: Nowhere do I find that marijuana cures it. There are tons of purported uses quoted for marijuana including using thc for cancer, but I am yet to see a single patient who got cured of any disease treated by it.

We don't "cure" it: for the most part. It usually goes away as the high dissipates, and marijuana rarely, if ever, "causes" a psychotic reaction that does not go away. However, there are people with underlying predispositions to psychotic disorders (family history, traumatic events and others) where the use of marijuana may precipitate a psychotic reaction, including paranoia, that does NOT resolve and requires meds.

Doubtful: I had my worst asthma attack in my whole life when sitting in front of someone at a comedy club who was smoking pot. I doubt that it will be a viable cure for asthma.
